Your writing doesn’t have to be perfect for a blog. It only needs to be reasonably readable — and reasonably formatted (which you still have to do anyway even for a piece written by someone else).

I am the author and owner of Ramen Freak. I work in Windows and Linux mobile computing for a boring, colorless, publicly listed corporation in East Coast USA. Even news agencies like AP, Reuters, AFP, etc (with hundreds of reporters each worldwide) have their own overall ‘corporate’ and ‘news’ persona or voice.
The biggest mistake any blogger could make is producing a blog that has no voice — no persona, no personality, no flavour and no perspective behind the words.
